Lets you know who's calling
Caller ID allows you to see the telephone number of the person who is calling before you answer the phone. While the phone is ringing, the caller's telephone number and date of the call will appear on a display unit that attaches to, or is a part of, your telephone. But remember, the caller must be calling from an equipped area for Caller ID to work.

When you hear the beep signal, simply press and release the receiver once. Your first call will be put on hold and you'll be automatically connected to the second incoming call. It's that easy.

With CALL FORWARDING you will never have to make that decision again. Here's why: CALL FORWARDING lets you take your calls with you. Yes, by simply pressing *72 and then entering the phone number you'll be at, your calls will automatically follow you to any number. You'll never have to worry about missing another call!


Call Trace

Take Control of annoyance calls!
It's a frightening experience. The phone rings and a stranger begins harassing you. If you hang up, he'll only call back. Well now you can be in control. CALL TRACE allows you to put an end to annoyance calls by simply pressing *57. Once successfully traced, the number will be sent to Citizens Telephone Company and, with your authorization, the information will be forwarded to the local authorities. Action will be taken and you can rest easy.


Repeat Dialing

Save Time and frustration when redialing busy numbers
The number is busy, busy, busy. And, unfortunately, so are you. Next time you need to get through to a perpetually busy number, just press and release the receiver button, punch in the *66 and we'll do the rest! REPEAT DIALING will redial the number for the next thirty minutes. If a connection is made, you will be signaled with a special ring. And in the mean time, you can spend your time doing anything you want to do.


Return Call

No more running for the phone
Just as you step into a nice, hot shower - the phone rings. You slosh out of the shower, down the hall and just as you reach the phone stops! Why not let RETURN CALL put an end to this scenario. You see, by hitting *69 you can automatically call the last number that called you - whether it was answered or not. And, if it's busy, RETURN CALL will automatically keep trying the number for 30 minutes! So next time you're in the shower and the phone rings - just keep singing. You have RETURN CALL.
